Mind, Music, Soul Week 2

Continuing on from last week’s “Beside the Seaside” theme in which we learned “I Do Like to be Beside the Seaside”, this week’s episode keeps us close to the sea with the extremely popular sea shanty, “The Wellerman.”

In my little segment which explores parts of the organ, I recreate the roar of a thunderstorm at sea, which was a popular novelty effect used by organists in-concert.
